Q/ What is the warranty for FlossyFix?A/ FlossyFix has a limited manufacturer's warranty that covers the cost of repairs due to manufacturer's defect for 18 months from the date of purchase. Q/ Can I purchase an extended warranty?A/ Yes,There is an option to extend the 18-month manufacturer's warranty for an additional 6 months for $6. If you would like to take advantage of this option, simply add it to your cart when purchasing your FlossyFix.
Q/ The water flow (pressure) of my FlossyFix is not as strong as it should be. What should I do?A/ If you notice a decrease in water pressure, follow these steps to troubleshoot: Replace the tip with a new, unused one to avoid buildup of minerals or debris.
