30-Day Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your FlossyFix product, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at contact@flossyfix.com to initiate the return process. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.

2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Shipping Your Return: Securely package the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item unless the product is defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at contact@flossyfix.com. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within the timeframe specified by your bank.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Please follow the return process as outlined above.

Extended Warranty
